1/2cupskim milk (skim foams the best, but feel free to use your favorite milk!)
1tsppumpkin puree
1tspmaple syrup
1tspvanilla extract
Pumpkin Spice
1tspground cinnamon
1/4tspground ginger
1/4tspground nutmeg
1/8tspground cloves
Instructions
Fill two glasses with ice. Add the cold brew and vanilla extract, split between the two glasses and stir to combine. Feel free at this point to sweeten your coffee as you normally would, as the pumpkin foam does not impart too much additional sweetness.
In a small dish, whisk together the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves and set aside.
To make the cold foam, add the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp of the pumpkin spice blend to your milk frother and froth ON COLD (you don't want hot steamy foam in your cold brew!) Froth the mix until it's a whipped cream-like consistency and then gently spoon it over top of your cold brew. Garnish with a dusting of extra pumpkin spice.
