For this recipe, I used a small 6" skillet, it's perfect for 2-4 people. If you have more people eating dessert, or you don't have a 6" skillet, just scale up the recipe as necessary. Add the chocolate chips to the skillet, they should cover the whole skillet about 1/2" deep. I did a combination of bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips, but what you choose is up to you! I recommend not doing milk chocolate however, as the sweetness of the chocolate plus the marshmallows can be a bit much.
Cover the chocolate in the mini marshmallows, I also used ~1 cup, but really just eyeball it until the chocolate is covered to your liking.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for ~5 minutes, or until the marshmallows have turned golden brown; don't worry the chocolate will definitely be melted by then!
