It’s that time of year again - America’s Game! I was fortunate to attend the U.S. Naval Academy, and this year I’m gearing up to celebrate another Navy Football win with these “Blue and Gold” Cupcakes. They’re made with a lemon and blueberry cake and a lemon buttercream frosting (with just a tiny bit of blue food coloring). The perfect treat to watch the Midshipmen beat West Point for another year - fun fact, when I was there, we were on a 14-year win streak! Go Navy, Beat Army!
