It’s been a little over a year since I started this page, and in celebration I decided to give my very first post another go! We all know margs are perfect for the summer, and I especially love mixing them up with different fruits. This grapefruit margarita is refreshing and tart, and perfect for a summer brunch!
Grapefruit Margarita

- 2 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
- 4 oz freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 1/2 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
- simple syrup, optional, to taste
- coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Use a freshly-cut piece of lime or grapefruit to rim your glasses, and then dip the rim into the salt to coat.
- Add the tequila, orange liqueur, juices, and simple syrup to a shaker bottle and fill with ice. Shake for 30 seconds to a minute and serve over ice in the salted glasses. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
